Luckily, this hasn't been happening around Facediary yet, but gradually we should be expecting some issues of this sort as we grow bigger on the internet.and I want to try resolve this problem.

Hate towards new users... Just for being a new user. Some experienced users think that new users are noobs, or are a waste of space on the website. This is wrong! Each and every user on this website new or old matters. and they are not a waste, because without new users we wouldn't even be a community. and for a matter of fact, everyone, every member of the website was a new user once.

So, please don't hate new users, they are important and they are as important as you are. as we are. They are crucial to any community. And, they are awesome! If you see any users hating on new users, please report it. and If you are a new user getting hated on, report it as well.

Also, new users may not type so well, typing doesn't show your intelligence, maybe you're just being lazy, or maybe you are trying to be professional that's fine. and if you can't understand them just politely ask them to be a little more clear. You don't have to be mean.

Agreed with Star! Sadly, as a website grows these things will start happening.

Would like work in the "Introduce yourself here!"? It feels related to that more than the Welcome board to me personally.

I feel like Facediary needs a "New users" board. For things like this.
