Awesome! What about we have requirements for participating in elections (I think elections are the best, because, we do not want to make a moderator who everyone despises of, and we want to get the community involved.) These requirements are only for entering yourself, then there are secret requirements for getting through to the voting round. The requirements could be:

100+ posts.
Accepted by at least 3 of the staff members.
