I'm not going to lie, the Moderator system on a Category seems pretty useless to me at first glance, and it got me thinking, how could we make use out of it?

Then it came to me, What if we (create more chaos XD) and, if a user is actively helping the community they have the chance to be a moderator on a board? This system would engage regular users like me to help the community. Please share your opinions.

Also, These category moderators (they can have their own names) could have a secret board where they would discuss things.

I can just see the Personal and custom titles "Moderator on forum..." XD I think they should be called Helpers, do you agree?

This is bringing back memories, when a community I loved, it had these helpers who helped the community, and they got so much further than me, and I had been a helper for like 2 years XD

I can remember one of my friends who had the whole community, and like the whole staff team bowing to her feet in 3 months and I was the most wide-eyed, jealous person in this entire world, I swear I have a curse, I'm always the person to watch everyone else get there before me.

Crap, I am weeping far too much XD But I can still see that happening XD

Ok, now when I read what I just said, I feel like I am begging for my admin back XD, I'm grateful I was even given a chance. there was this person on that community that was a moderator and kept on getting unpromoted and promoted again.

I know the community you're talking about, and I know who you are in that community.

But, you could agree that if you want to encourage users to help, they should know that it is a thing they can obtain.
