Hello! Want to know how you can lend a helping hand in the community? I have asked some of the Welcoming Committee members, and Staff team if they could explain what Helping is to them:

When it comes to helping the Community, it doesn't mean you have to reply to every single post that shows up, even if you only help sometimes - We really appreciate it. Many users, think that they aren't being seen by the Staff team. I would like to tell you are! We always keep an eye on everyone who has helped the community at times. How you help the community is up to you to be honest, want to make the way you help be simply creating Sticky worthy threads? Good on you, want to reply to every single post? That is good as well. But all we ask for is for everyone to follow the CG's and, be respectful and kind to others - That, is helping the community.

Everyone can help the Community, Like Askui mentioned - You can help the community by just following the CG's, But what does it take to soar to higher heights? To achieve appreciation and roles in Facediary? Patience and dedication - Of course, real life is more important then Facediary. But you must have patience when attempting to Help the community, and when helping the community - Ask yourself, Who are you doing this for? Yourself, or the community? Its up to you. But I recommend that you are doing it for the sake of the Community, and not expecting anything in return.

Nearly everyone who is a Moderator on this community has helped the Community - and that's how they achieved it. For example - Fang, who started as a normal user just helping around the community - and then he found himself a Artist.. then a moderator.. then a Administrator, In all less then 2 months. He was then given ownership of Facediary and the rights. This happened over the course of 5-7 months, This shows you that you can do it! It doesn't matter how you help, we notice your help even if we don't tell you directly, we take notes of your activity and consist helping and we keep them for the future. Helping the community doesn't mean you have to answer every post, just help regularly and we will definitely keep an eye on you!

So, with a bit of dedication, patience and luck, Go for what you want, Its up to you to make that change you want in the future of Facediary.

Would like work in the "Introduce yourself here!"? It feels related to that more than the Welcome board to me personally.

I feel like Facediary needs a "New users" board. For things like this.

Administrators and Bureaucrats both have all the possible permissions But play two different roles, Firstly, Administrators are seen more often in the forums more then Bureaucrats, as their job is to Moderate the forum, and ban/warn/block/delete accounts. Currently, Fang and Astar are the Bureaucrats, Previously, It was just going to be Fang, but Astar decided to offer to be one, knowing that she is far too active and TempestFan is the only Admin, and Laskie and Celestialaska are the Moderators.

Also, another point to make is when the Admin team need a new admin they will promote the oldest (once again, as in longest serving) and active Moderator to be an Administrator.
