Bluestar2 has already said what I would, but I just wanted to add something on about a Moderator on another platform  that I remember.

I can't remember their username, but they were lovely, they were a moderator as I said, and they had been banned multiple times, but kept on coming back and getting second chances.

Me and the staff team want to give everyone a second chance, and we know that everyone should be given the chance to change.

More Information
The rounds are: Auditions, Judges cut, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Finals
Auditions: Users will audition for a spot, if they get three yeses for their act, they will be through to the next round, every judge is allowed 1 golden buzzer this round, and, if you receive one you go straight through to the Quarter Finals.
Judges Cut: Users who got through from the Auditions will have a different act (still in their category) and there are four guest judges, one each day, each guest judge has one golden buzzer, three yeses will send you through to the next round.
Quarter Finals: Users who had a golden buzzer, or, got through to this round will perform their different act (some category) Other users that have not entered the competition will vote on who they believe should go to the Semi Finals.
Semi Finals: Same as Quarter Finals.
Finals: Same as Semi Finals.

HOW THIS WILL WORK
There will be a new board, called Facediary's got talent if you are accepted, you will go to the Auditions board and put your edition, etc. Judges will shortly after judge your audition.
