We have decided to abort our decision of "last moderators" and have another round of Moderators, but we have changed the system dramatically. We have decided to use a application system; and, there is now a Helper rank.

Users who are accepted will not automatically be made "Helpers" and will go through many rounds and tests. Your fate will not be decided on for a week - 2 months. If you get accepted, this does not mean you get the rank!
