A "History" board

I feel like there are so many outdated announcements/etc that should be deleted. But yet again, we could have a history board where we could move all the stuff to, and lock it :)

Hello! If this system comes back one day, or, the owner requests it to be opened again, it will be unlocked at moved back into its previous board. :)
